Can I ask what you eat thru the day- apart from the 2 eggs at breakfast?<br />If I have it right, you have cut out bread etc, pasta and potatoes and now eat protein, veg and use fat to cook- is that right?<br />Do you have alcohol? Seem to remember dr Atkins allowed some red wine? What about chocolate? Sugar free sweets? Yoghurt? Any problem with constipation?<br />I am reading John briffa's book avoid the diet trap- its interesting and advocates a primal diet of protein, fat, veg, nuts and seeds with some dairy.<br />SueAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
